The conference will begin Friday evening*, October 23rd, with a Welcome Reception in the Baltimore Ballroom, on the 5th floor of the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, located at 202 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. After receiving registration materials, conference attendees will be invited to network with fellow animal advocates, while enjoying plant-based appetizers, drinks and fun activities.

All plenary sessions on Saturday, October 24th will be held in the Maryland Ballroom, located on the same floor of the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Breakfast will not be provided, but coffee and tea will be served before the sessions begin, with snacks available during each break. A delicious, plant-based, catered lunch will be served on Saturday and is included with registration fees. The banquet dinner and evening program will take place in the same location; pre-purchased banquet tickets are required for the optional evening program.

Sunday, October 25th will be a half day, with concurrent sessions in the Maryland and Baltimore Ballrooms. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available again on Sunday and the conference will conclude just before 12:00 p.m.

*Note: the Animal Legal Defense Fund will host their fourth annual Student Convention on Friday, October 23rd from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Batimore Harborplace Hotel. Law students registering for the Animal Law Conference are encouraged to come early to attend the Student Convention as well!
