Dr. Silke Feltz is an Associate Teaching Professor in the English Department at the University of Oklahoma. She is an expert in the rhetoric of veganism/vegetarianism and associated educational practices. She has published in leading interdisciplinary journals concerning human-animal interactions, including Food Ethics, Appetite, and Psychology of Human-Animal Intergroup Relations. She is an award-winning teacher and is the founder and director of AnimalIQ.org.
