Liv Brumfield is a field representative for Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-OR). Based in Congressman Blumenauer’s Portland, Oregon office, she advises the Congressman on policy issues involving animal welfare, natural resources and the environment, and energy. Prior to this role, Liv worked as a staff attorney for a public interest environmental law firm, representing conservation organizations in litigation to protect endangered species and public lands. Liv has a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School, with a certificate in environmental law. Before law school, she worked for the International Rescue Committee, supporting international humanitarian relief programs in Asia and the Caucasus.
